Clark Bell is a life-long resident of Asheboro. He is a member of Good Shepherd Episcopal Church, the Juvenile Crime Prevention Council, United Way Uwharrie Society, Asheboro/Randolph Chamber of Commerce and the Community Wellness Committee.
As a member of City Council, Bell enjoys being involved in the planning for the future of his hometown. "Serving on Council has given me a greater appreciation of the day to day operation and functioning of our city government."
During his time on council, Bell hopes to expand the recent re-development of the downtown to other areas in the City. He wants to see the development of the Zoo City Park and the re-investment in business, particularly along the commercial thoroughfares. "I hope to see Asheboro become a destination town for people to come, visit and stay awhile."
