Felix Ward
The Cultural & Recreation Services Department provides supervision to the Parks & Recreation and Grounds Maintenance departments. It is responsible for recreation programming and the care and maintenance of the city parks, ball fields, lakes and adjoining facilities, and the municipal golf course. In addition to the care of the grounds of city property and public lands, the department is responsible for the maintenance of the city cemeteries, buildings, and equipment at these facilities.
